1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Brand Craft Solutions website and any purchase of our Excel-based business systems. By using this website or submitting a purchase request, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

Brand Craft Solutions offers ready-to-use, Excel-based business systems for small and growing businesses. Product descriptions, features, and prices are shown on the individual product pages. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change; the price shown on the product page at the time of your purchase request applies to that request.

3. Orders and Payment

Purchases are currently processed through a temporary manual UPI payment and verification process. When you submit a purchase request, you provide your contact details, payment reference (UTR/transaction ID), payment date, and a payment screenshot.

Submitting a purchase request or uploading a payment screenshot does not by itself confirm payment. Your order is confirmed only after we manually verify the payment. Never share your UPI PIN, OTP, password, or other confidential banking information with us — we will never ask for it.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered manually after your payment has been verified. Delivery is made to the contact details you provide in the purchase request. Delivery times may vary, and we will communicate with you about your order using the email address or phone number you provided.

5. License & Usage Terms

Unless otherwise stated, each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased business system for your own internal business purposes.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the product files, in whole or in part. All intellectual property in the products remains with Brand Craft Solutions.

6. Refunds

Because our products are digital goods delivered after manual verification, please review the product description and demonstration materials carefully before submitting a purchase request.

If you believe there is a problem with your order, contact us at hello@brandcraftsolutions.site and we will review your request individually. Refund decisions are made at our discretion based on the circumstances of each case.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or submit false or fraudulent payment information. Fraudulent purchase requests will be rejected and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our products are provided as practical business tools. While they are prepared with care, they are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brand Craft Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or this website.
