When you submit a purchase request, we collect the details you provide in the order form: your name, email address, WhatsApp/mobile number, the product and edition you selected, the payment amount, your UTR/transaction ID, payment date, and a payment screenshot as proof of payment.

We do not collect UPI PINs, OTPs, passwords, or other confidential banking credentials, and we will never ask you for them.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide only to verify your payment manually, process and fulfil your order, communicate with you about your purchase, and maintain our internal order records.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Payment Information

Payments are currently made by UPI and verified manually. Your payment screenshot is stored securely in private storage and is accessible only to the administrator for verification purposes. Uploading a payment screenshot does not by itself confirm payment; your product is delivered manually only after the payment is verified.

5. Data Storage and Security

Order records and payment screenshots are stored using our secure cloud backend with restricted access. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain order records for as long as needed to fulfil your order, provide support, and meet our internal record-keeping needs. You may contact us to request that your personal information be removed where it is no longer required.

You may contact us at any time to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request its deletion, subject to any records we are required to keep.
